Location and Contact Information
CBEI is located adjacent to the Ferguson Structural Engineering Laboratory at the University of Texas at Austin’s J.J. Pickle Research Center in North Austin. All visitors must check in with CBEI staff at Bldg. 177 prior to visiting the site. Please contact CBEI staff to coordinate visits prior to arrival. Parking permits need to be purchased and displayed at all times.

Accommodations
There are several hotels adjacent to CBEI and the J.J Pickle Research campus. The Domain district is just north of the campus and offers several hotels, dining, and shopping. The Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is the nearest airport for out of town visitors.
Safety Information
All visitors must check-in at the office in Bldg. 177 office prior to going to the CBEI site or at FSEL. All University safety protocols must be followed while on the campus.
The following Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required while on the CBEI site or at FSEL. This is not required if only going to the office.
